As a member of the Native American Indigenous religious community, You are born with God-given rights protected by the United States Constitution.
As a member of a legally cognizable Native American Indigenous Tribal Organization- organized religion, you can seek recognition of your special status as protected by law and or exception/ exemption based on your sincerely held moral or ethical religious beliefs.
This (N.A.I.C.) Native American Indigenous Church Tribal Faith Based Organization (IRS 508c1a) Religious Exemption Packet contains documents that explain to your employer or school how your religious beliefs are protected by law and how they must be accommodated, along with examples from the EEOC, an agency of the U.S. government.
The N.A.I.C. RELIGIOUS Affirmation PACKET contains five (5) documents, including a personalized letter (delivered via email) from Minister, Medicine Man, and Native Bishop Dr. Anthony B. James. You can use these documents for your employer, school, or other organization trying to violate your sincerely-held religious beliefs regarding invasive or unauthorized, unwanted medical or other intrusive medical experimentation or other possibly racist social intrusions… You can choose which of these you want included in your exemption request. Your personalized packet will be emailed within 2-3 days after ordering.
You will receive these emailed documents with each order: Please note active N.A.I.C. Members Only! No exceptions.
- An N.A.I.C. Attestation of Faith/ Verification of Membership and Religious Practice (N.A.I.C. Members Only: personalized with your name) to establish a legal exception and or exemption from masks, experimental tests, and medical procedures (and you can choose which of these you want to have included).
- A personalized letter you can modify or adapt to your own needs (written as if it’s written from you) requesting an exemption. You can use this for your purposes.
- An EEOC document, which contains several pages of examples of religious accommodations that are required by law by employers
- A Vaccine Liability Form, called a Family Financial Disclosure Form, can be used to determine the financial responsibility of those requiring you to participate in a medical experiment.
- “How to Request a Religious Exemption” is a step-by-step list of requesting a religious exemption from your employer, school, or medical provider.

However, there is no guarantee that the employer, school, or organization will abide by the law and respect your rights, even though your rights to religious expression are constitutionally protected and guaranteed.

Hello, I am looking to get Vaccine Exemption for my TWO teenage daughters before they attend school. Please give me instructions on how to donate and complete this process as soon as possible please. I signed them up under NAIC July 11th this year. I signed up personally March 4th

Please note you will have to order 3 LOAF Packets. One for yourself and one for each Minor Child as you children can not have a religious exemption that you do not have as well.
