As an NAIC Member, You must read, understand, and agree to these TERMS OF SERVICE:

  1. All donations are for a private consultation- communication between the N.A.I.C. Member/ Communicant and NAIC Minister Bishop Dr. Anthony B. James or other N.A.I.C Ministers as appropriate. This is a service for private consultation with N.A.I.C Saving Grace Ministry and Dr. Anthony B. James.
  2. There are NO “Letters” for sale. The “Applicant/ Named Individual” ordering this service MUST be an active N.A.I.C Member. The Letter of Attestation of Faith Service (L.O.A.F.) and document packet can only be ordered by an active N.A.I.C Member and is included in the private consulting/ counseling ministry. These documents and letters packet may not be ordered for third parties unless the third party is a minor child; minor children must also be N.A.I.C Members at APM Level.
  3. If approved or Authorized by N.A.I.C., personalized documents, legally establishing and “Proving your Active Membership in the Native American Indigenous Church Tribal Organization,” will be emailed to you within 5 to 7 days of ordering.
  4. You will check your spam or trash if the documents end up there. Look for the sender address of nativeaic@somaveda.com
  5. Your purchase is non-refundable; the donation amount is a DONATION. The private counseling service, including recommendations for a Letter of Attestation of Faith Affidavit, is made to individual N.A.I.C Member orders.
  6. Any requested changes must be made as a new order at an additional expense.
  7. You will be encouraged to follow the steps for “How to Request a Religious Exception and or Exemption.” (included with your order)
  8. Your self-study will handle any follow-up questions on the website or by booking further private consultations with Dr. Anthony B. James.
  9. These information documents explain and affirm your religious beliefs and the laws that protect them.
  10. There is no guarantee that anyone will respect religious freedom or that your school or employer will approve these documents. Religious discrimination in the workplace, school, medical institute, or military is illegal and a US Code Title Seven violation, and even so, prejudice and outright criminal violation are common. We are against them but are not in control of your school, job, business, or government respect. Use them at your own risk. Their official NAIC documents are not legal advice nor guarantee any legal remedy. The N.A.I.C Member takes full and complete responsibility for their use and is offered with no warranty or guarantee of performance to the complexity and possible variety of use and situations in a fluid and changing contentious environment.

  1. I am a Dakota Robert Eder traditional name Cante Ohitika(BraveHeart) given to me in ceremony by my Uncle Buckley Pomani, I am from the Ft. Peck reservation in Poplar, Montana helped secure our Charter. Moved away but have attended meeting for many years. Returned home recently can’t find any documentation of our Charter! My relative who conducted meetings no longer conducts. I was living in Maine attended meetings on Penobscot reservation, my brother friend Tim Shay has a Cheyenne fireplace from the GoodBlanket family. I want this for my sons & grandchildren, I am going on 69, want to set down a Fireplace!
