Declares Dr. Anthony B. James as an Elder Medicine Man of the Oklevueha Native American Church as long as he walks under Father Sky upon Mother Earth. Declares that Dr. Anthony B. James has been blessed and qualified to conduct and or over see any and all indigenous North and South American Native Ceremonies.

To profess, believe and to practice the customs, ceremony, sacred practices, Indigenous and Traditional Native and Natural Medicine Ways, both personally and in offering of Ministry, ACNM Seminary, Thai Yoga Center and Ceremony. N.A.I.C. is a Florida State incorporated Not-for-profit, 508(c)(1)(a) compliant FBO/ Church and Integrated Auxiliary of the Priory of Saving Grace under the Holy Apostolic Church of the East Chaldean-Syrian Rite: Dioces of the Sacred Medical Order of the Church of Hope (SMOCH).
