To whom it may concern. This AFM card Certifies that the named card holder is an Authorized Full Level Member of the NAIC Inc. This card authorizes the cardholder to participate in and/or practice and or services of NAIC SomaVeda Integrated Traditional Therapies®: Native American, Indigenous Traditional Therapy and Medicine,Thai Yoga, Thai Massage, Massage (P) and or Massage Therapy (P), Chirothesia/ Laying on of Hands, Oliation and Annointing with Oil/ Herbs, and or any natural substances, Nutrition, Nature Cure, Pastoral Care and Counseling, and related topics as a Lay Ministry.

NAIC AFM Member/ Lay Minister Scope of Practice includes but is not limited to NAIC SomaVeda Integrated Traditional Therapies®: Native American, Indigenous Traditional Therapy and Medicine,Thai Yoga, Thai Massage, Massage (Pastoral) and or Massage Therapy (Pastoral), Chirothesia/ Laying on of Hands, Oliation and Annointing with Oil/ Herbs, and or any natural substances, Nutrition, Nature Cure, Pastoral Care and Counseling.

Please note: that NAIC Pastoral Massage and or NAIC Pastoral Massage Therapy is by definition the practice of Chirothesia i.e. extending divine energy and or annointing the body with sacred medicants and in no way refers to the secular practice of “Massage” and or “Massage Therapy” a non spiritual practice of rubbing the body for money as defined by various state laws. NAIC Members do not hold themselves to be practicing Massage and or Massage Therapy or any regulated secular, non- ecclesiastical, non church authorized practice unless separately licensed to do so.

NAIC SomaVeda Integrated Traditional Therapies® suitable for a Full Member Lay Ministry include but are not limited to indigenous and traditional therapies and modalities:

SomaVeda: Thai Yoga Levels 1-6, Therapeutic Day protocol, Basic Pancha Karma, Detox and waste elimination programs, Food and Nutrition Counseling, Native American Massage and Massage Therapy, Basic Ayurveda and use of oils administered to the body, Abhyanga Oil Massage, Natural Herbs, flowers and any natural substance and or it’s derivative given to us by Mother Earth for healing and Medicine. The use of Light, Electricty, Magnetism, Crystals, Minerals and Metals, Traditional Vitalistic, Energetic, Pranic, Ki, Chi based therapies and counseling, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Electro Acupuncture, Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Iridology, Colon Hydrotherapy, Washing, Bathing, Soaking, Steaming, Cooling, Wrapping, Vibrating, Percussing, Praying, Breathing, Reiki, Rocking, Elegant and sophisticated hugging and or other body contact and or Conjunctive programs and sessions using any combination of the Counseling, Chirothesia and or Ceremonial tools and Sacraments of the Native American Indigenous Church both those of the past and our spiritually guided creative and authorized developed new healing methodologies of the future.

We believe that just because our “Hugs of Brotherly and or Sisterly Love” are elegant, sophisticated, complex and shared with consent over a period of time during healing session or programs that they are valid as such. Our Chirothesia belief establishing that we may administer to the sick, and dieing via the Laying on of hands.

We believe we have a right to asses health and wellness to determine if our client is “Sick and or Dieing ” in order to Minister to them. We have a sophisticated way of laying on of the hands and also define the hands as the organ of expression of the heart and therefor use all of the person, the Minister as the expression of the hearts desire for healing.

The services/ practice is strictly limited to NAIC approved providers education completed and scope of practice.

This card authorizes the cardholder to have in their possession bird of prey feathers and Native American Church Sacrament. This card does not authorize the harvesting of an animal or bird of pray or to conduct any NAIC Ceremony. Card holder agrees to abide by NAIC Code of Ethics and Member Agreement.

NAIC INC. is a Religious/ Church/ Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction and maintains all Constitutional, Federal and State rights and privileges afforded to such organizations by all relevant authorities.


“The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the People.’  Under the Ninth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America, I retain the right to freedom of choice in health care (or psychological services, or educational services, etc…). This includes the right to choose my diet, and to obtain, purchase and use any therapy, regimen, modality, remedy or product recommended by the fellow member, therapist, doctor or any practitioner of my choice.

The enumeration in this declaration of these rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage other rights retained by me, or my right to amend this declaration at any time.

Notice is hereby given to any person who receives a copy of this Declaration and who, acting under the color of law, intentionally interferes with the free exercise of the rights retained by me under the Ninth Amendment, as enumerated in this declaration, that they may be in violation of my civil and constitutional rights:

This statute makes it a crime for any person acting under color of law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom to willfully deprive or cause to be deprived from any person those rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution and laws of the U.S.

This law further prohibits a person acting under color of law, statute, ordinance, regulation or custom to willfully subject or cause to be subjected any person to different punishments, pains, or penalties, than those prescribed for punishment of citizens on account of such person being an alien or by reason of his/her color or race.

Acts under “color of any law” include acts not only done by federal, state, or local officials within the bounds or limits of their lawful authority, but also acts done without and beyond the bounds of their lawful authority; provided that, in order for unlawful acts of any official to be done under “color of any law,” the unlawful acts must be done while such official is purporting or pretending to act in the performance of his/her official duties. This definition includes, in addition to law enforcement officials, individuals such as Mayors, Council persons, Judges, Nursing Home Proprietors, Security Guards, etc., persons who are bound by laws, statutes ordinances, or customs.

Punishment varies from a fine or imprisonment of up to one year, or both, and if bodily injury results or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire shall be fined or imprisoned up to ten years or both, and if death results, or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.
